The chemical composition of STB410 seamless tubes includes C not more than 0.32%, Si not more than 0.35%, Mn between 0.30~0.80%, P and S not more than 0.035%.
The tensile strength (σb) of JIS G3461 STB410 seamless boiler tubes is not less than 410MPa, the yield strength (σs) is not less than 255MPa, and the elongation (δ) varies with the diameter (D) of the pipe section. Specifically, when D Greater than or equal to 20 and S Greater than or equal to 8mm, the elongation (δ) is not less than 25%; when D＜10, the elongation (δ) is not less than 17%.
JIS G3461 STB410 Hot rolled seamless pipes are delivered in hot rolled state, low temperature annealing or normalized state; cold drawn seamless pipes are delivered in low temperature annealing, normalized or fully annealed state; welded pipes are delivered in normalized state.
